وزارة الصحة تأمر بوقف إضراب الأعوان الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش

أعلنت وزارة الصحة أنه قد صدر أمرا علنيا حضوريا بوقف الإضراب المعلن عنه بموجب الإشعار المسبق بالإضراب الصادر عن النقابة الوطنية المستقلة للأعوان الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش للصحة العمومية، والمتضمن الدخول في إضراب وطني يومي 02 و 03 جوان 2026.

وجاء في بيان للوزارة “بناءً عن الأمر الاستعجالي الصادر عن المحكمة الإدارية بالبليدة تحت رقم 26/01182. الممهور بالصيغة التنفيذية تحت رقم 26/216 والذي تم تبليغه للنقابة المعنية عن طريق التعليق. تعلم وزارة الصحة أنه قد صدر أمرا علنيا حضوريا بوقف الإضراب المعلن عنه بموجب الإشعار المسبق. بالإضراب الصادر عن النقابة الوطنية المستقلة للأعوان الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش للصحة العمومية. والمتضمن الدخول في إضراب وطني يومي 02 و 03 جوان “2026.

وعليه دعت وزارة الصحة جميع الأعوان الطبيين في التخدير والإنعاش إلى الامتثال لهذا الأمر القضائي واحترام مقتضياته. بما يضمن استمرارية السير العادي للمؤسسات العمومية للصحة، حفاظا على المصلحة العامة. وضمانا للتكفل الأمثل بالمرضى.

كما ذكرت وزارة الصحة أنه تم عقد جلسة صلح بتاريخ 24 ماي 2026، في إطار المساعي الرامية إلى معالجة الانشغالات المهنية المطروحة، وأن قنوات الحوار والتشاور ستظل مفتوحة مع الشركاء الاجتماعيين في كنف الاحترام المتبادل ووفقا لأحكام القانون والتنظيمات المعمول بها، بما يكفل حماية حقوق المستخدمين وضمان استمرارية المرفق العمومي للصحة.

هذا وجددت الوزارة التزامها بمواصلة اعتماد الحوار البناء والتشاور المسؤول كآلية أساسية لمعالجة مختلف القضايا المهنية والاجتماعية، بما يخدم المصلحة العامة ويضمن استمرارية تقديم الخدمات الصحية للمواطنين في أفضل الظروف.
