وزارة العدل تستعرض تطور المنظومة القضائية في معرض كوالالمبور للكتاب

تُشارك وزارة العدل في جناح المملكة العربية السعودية بمعرض كوالالمبور الدولي للكتاب 2026، مستعرضةً ما تشهده المنظومة العدلية في المملكة من تطور تشريعي وتحول مؤسسي متسارع.

وتقدم الوزارة في برنامجها صورة عن التجربة السعودية في مواءمة الأنظمة العدلية مع مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية، ضمن إطار مؤسسي حديث، وما شهدته من تحديثات تشريعية وإجرائية أسهمت في كفاءة وشفافية ودعم استقرار البيئة الحقوقية والتعاقدية، وصولاً إلى إبراز مكانة المملكة بنموذجها العدلي الحديث المنطلق من مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية والمواكِب أفضلَ الممارسات العالمية.

كما تسلّط وزارة العدل الضوء على دور التحول الرقمي في تطوير الخدمات والإجراءات القضائية، وتيسير الوصول إليها عبر المنصات الرقمية داخل المملكة وخارجها.

وتضم المشاركة عددًا من الإصدارات القانونية والتشريعية المتخصصة، من أبرزها “شرح نظام الإثبات”، و”شرح نظام الأحوال الشخصية”، إلى مواد تعريفية تُحيط زوار المعرض علمًا بتقدم التجربة العدلية السعودية الحديثة.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار الحضور السعودي الثقافي والمعرفي المكثف الذي تقوده هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة خلال أيام المعرض المقام بمركز التجارة العالمي بالعاصمة الماليزية.
