وزارة العمل تعلن عن تطبيق قرار حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة خلال فترة الصيف اعتباراً من 15 يونيو وحتى 31 أغسطس

أعلنت وزارة العمل عن بدء تطبيق القرار رقم (5) لسنة 2026 بتنظيم حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة خلال فترة الصيف، اعتباراً من 15 يونيو إلى 31 أغسطس 2026، وذلك بحظر تشغيل العمال في الأماكن المكشوفة تحت أشعة الشمس من الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهراً إلى الرابعة عصراً خلال فترة الحظر.

ويأتي تطبيق القرار في إطار الحرص على مواصلة تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة، وحماية العمال وتأمين سلامتهم من الإجهاد الحراري وضربات الشمس ومخاطر أمراض الصيف، والحد من الحوادث المهنية خلال هذه الفترة من العام، التي تشهد ارتفاعاً ملحوظاً في درجات الحرارة ونسب الرطوبة.

وقد خصصت وزارة العمل الرقم (17873921) للتواصل هاتفياً خلال الفترة من الساعة السابعة صباحاً حتى الرابعة عصراً، طوال أيام الأسبوع، أو عن طريق المراسلات عبر تطبيق (الواتساب) على نفس الرقم لتمكين أفراد المجتمع من الإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظات أو مخالفات أثناء فترة حظر العمل.

ويعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام هذا القرار بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة (192) من قانون العمل في القطاع الأهلي، الصادر بالقانون رقم (36) لسنة 2012، والتي تنص على أنه: "يعاقب كل من يخالف أياً من أحكام الباب الخامس عشر والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذاً له بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر، وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن خمسمائة دينار ولا تزيد على ألف دينار، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين". وتتعدد العقوبة بتعدد العمال الذين وقعت في شأنهم المخالفة، وتضاعف العقوبة في حال تكرارها.
