وزارة العمل تنظم ورشة لتعزيز التوعية بالقرار رقم (5) لسنة 2026 بتنظيم حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة خلال فترة الصيف

نظمت وزارة العمل ورشة لتعزيز التوعية بالقرار رقم (5) لسنة 2026 بتنظيم حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة خلال فترة الصيف، اعتباراً من 15 يونيو إلى 31 أغسطس 2026، والذي يقضي بحظر تشغيل العمال في الأماكن المكشوفة تحت أشعة الشمس من الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهراً حتى الرابعة عصراً، وذلك بمشاركة عدد من أصحاب العمل ومسؤولي السلامة والصحة المهنية في القطاع الخاص.

وتأتي هذه الورشة في إطار جهود الوزارة للإشراف على تنفيذ القرار وبهدف تعزيز الوعي بأحكامه ومتطلبات تطبيقه، إلى جانب التعريف بأفضل الممارسات والإجراءات الوقائية الكفيلة بحماية القوى العاملة خلال هذه الفترة من العام التي تشهد ارتفاعاً في درجات الحرارة ونسب الرطوبة، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية ومنتجة. 

كما استعرضت الورشة جهود وزارة العمل في متابعة تنفيذ القرار من خلال الزيارات الميدانية، وحملات التوعية، والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان الالتزام بالاشتراطات المقررة.

وسلطت الفعالية الضوء على مسؤوليات أصحاب العمل ومشرفي ومسئولي السلامة والصحة المهنية في اتخاذ التدابير الوقائية اللازمة للحد من مخاطر الإجهاد الحراري، وتوفير وسائل الحماية والرعاية المناسبة للعمال، إلى جانب أهمية تكامل الجهود المجتمعية في نشر ثقافة الوقاية وتعزيز الالتزام بالإجراءات التي تسهم في حماية العمال من الآثار الصحية الناجمة عن التعرض للإجهاد الحراري بسبب ارتفاع درجات الحرارة خلال هذه الفترة من العام.
