وزيرا العمل والتضامن يبحثان تقديم حوافز لتشجيع العمالة غير المنتظمة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

بحث وزيرا العمل والتضامن الاجتماعي آليات تقديم حوافز ومزايا تأمينية لتشجيع العمالة غير المنتظمة على الانضمام لمنظومة التأمينات الاجتماعية.
تستهدف المبادرة توسيع مظلة الحماية التأمينية لتشمل أصحاب المهن الحرة والعاملين بالخارج وعمال التوصيل وغيرهم من العاملين بأنماط عمل غير تقليدية.
تتضمن خطة العمل تطوير خدمات مالية وغير مالية لتعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي للفئات الأولى بالرعاية وتحسين مستويات معيشتهم.
أقر الاجتماع إطلاق حملات توعية إعلامية للتعريف بالمزايا والحوافز المقترحة وتيسير إجراءات الاستفادة من خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية.

تَرأَّس حسن رداد، وزير العمل، والدكتورة مايا مرسي، وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي، اجتماع “لجنة الحماية الاجتماعية والتمكين الاقتصادي ورعاية العمالة غير المنتظمة”، بمقر ديوان وزارة العمل بالعاصمة الجديدة.
