وزيرة الإسكان: آليات جديدة لتيسير حصول المستثمرين على الأراضي ودعم تصدير العقار

  • أعلنت وزيرة الإسكان عن استحداث آلية التخصيص بأسبقية الحجز للشركات المصرية والأجنبية عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للاستثمار الأجنبي.
  • تتيح الآلية الجديدة حجز الأراضي الاستثمارية مقابل الالتزام بسداد كامل قيمتها بالدولار الأمريكي المحول من الخارج.
  • تتضمن إجراءات التقدم تسجيل الشركة وإجراء تحويل بنكي بحد أدنى 100 ألف دولار أمريكي كضمان للحجز المبدئي.
  • تستهدف هذه الإجراءات تيسير حصول المستثمرين على الأراضي وتنمية المدن الجديدة ودعم توجهات الدولة نحو تصدير العقار المصري.

أعلنت المهندسة راندة المنشاوي، وزيرة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، عن استحداث آلية جديدة تحت مسمى “التخصيص بأسبقية الحجز”، اعتبارًا من طرح شهر نوفمبر الجاري، عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للاستثمار الأجنبي التابعة لهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، بما يتيح للشركات المصرية والأجنبية المؤهلة حجز
