وزير الخارجية يلتقي مع وزير الخارجية والأديان في جمهورية كوستاريكا

التقى سعادة الدكتور عبداللطيف بن راشد الزياني، وزير الخارجية، في مقر الأمم المتحدة بمدينة نيويورك اليوم، مع معالي السيد مانويل توفار ريفيرا، وزير الخارجية والأديان في جمهورية كوستاريكا الصديقة، وذلك على هامش مشاركتهما في اجتماعات مجلس الأمن الدولي .

وتم خلال اللقاء، بحث علاقات التعاون الطيبة التي تجمع بين البلدين الصديقين، وسبل تطوير التعاون الثنائي في مختلف المجالات، بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة.  

 
كما تم تبادل وجهات النظر إزاء المستجدات الإقليمية، وتداعيات الاعتداءات الإيرانية الآثمة على مملكة البحرين ودول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية والدول الاقليمية، وعواقب اغلاق إيران لمضيق هرمز على الملاحة الدولية والاقتصاد العالمي، وتطورات المفاوضات الأمريكية الإيرانية، والجهود المبذولة للحفاظ على الأمن والاستقرار الاقليمي.

حضر اللقاء، سعادة السفير جمال فارس الرويعي المندوب الدائم لمملكة البحرين لدى الأمم المتحدة في نيويورك، والسفير سعيد عبدالخالق سعيد رئيس قطاع التنسيق والمتابعة في وزارة الخارجية، والوفد المرافق للوزير.
