وزير العدل يؤجل تطبيق نظام السجل العيني في مناطق بقنا والأقصر لمدة عام

  • قرر وزير العدل تأجيل تطبيق نظام السجل العيني في مناطق محددة بمحافظتي قنا والأقصر لمدة عام.
  • يشمل التأجيل مناطق في مركزي قنا ودشنا وأبو تشت بمحافظة قنا، وقرية توماس وعافية بمركز إسنا في محافظة الأقصر.
  • يبدأ العمل بقرار التأجيل من 1 أكتوبر 2026 وينتهي في 1 أكتوبر 2027.
  • يتضمن القرار قبول استمارات التسوية في الأقسام المساحية المذكورة لمدة شهرين تبدأ من تاريخ صدور القرار.
