وزير المالية: نستهدف مضاعفة حصيلة الضريبة العقارية إلى 19 مليار جنيه

تستهدف وزارة المالية مضاعفة حصيلة الضريبة العقارية ثلاث مرات لتصل إلى قرابة 19 مليار جنيه بنهاية العام المالي الجاري.
بلغ عدد العقارات المسجلة على تطبيق الضريبة العقارية نحو 3.5 مليون عقار.
تعتزم الوزارة إطلاق تحديث جديد لتطبيق الضريبة العقارية لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتسهيل إجراءات التسجيل إلكترونيا.
تهدف هذه الخطوات إلى توسيع القاعدة الضريبية وتحسين كفاءة التحصيل دون زيادة الأعباء الضريبية.

كشف أحمد كجوك، وزير المالية، أن الوزارة تستهدف مضاعفة حصيلة الضريبة العقارية بنحو 3 مرات لتصل إلى قرابة 19 مليار جنيه بنهاية العام المالي الجاري في إطار جهود الدولة لتعزيز الإيرادات الضريبية وتوسيع القاعدة الضريبية. وقال كجوك، في تصريحات خاصة لـ”الشرق بلومبرغ” على هامش مؤتمر ومعرض القاهرة الدولي للاتصالات
