وزير النقل اليمني: منع طائرة إيرانية من الهبوط في صنعاء السبت

كشف وزير النقل في الحكومة اليمنية المعترف بها دولياً، محسن العمري، عن منع طائرة تابعة لشركة ماهان الإيرانية من استكمال رحلتها إلى العاصمة صنعاء الخاضعة لسيطرة جماعة الحوثيين، يوم السبت، وإلزامها بالعودة لعدم حصولها على التصاريح الرسمية المعتمدة.

وأوضح العمري، في تصريحات للتلفزيون اليمني الرسمي، أن القرار جاء بسبب عدم مرور الرحلة عبر القنوات والإجراءات القانونية المعتمدة لدى سلطات الطيران المدني الشرعية.

يأتي هذا الإجراء غداة إصدار هيئة الطيران المدني في عدن تعميماً يحظر دخول الإقليم الجوي اليمني دون إذن مسبق، وتأكيد رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي رشاد العليمي رفض بلاده محاولات “فرض رحلات إيرانية خارج صلاحيات الدولة”.

وأوضحت هيئة الطيران المدني اليمنية أن التعميم، الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ الفوري اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره اليوم 18 يوليو (تموز) 2026، يقضي بتقديم كافة طلبات التصاريح عبر قنوات التواصل والبريد الإلكتروني الرسمي المعتمد التابع لإدارة الهيئة في عدن.

ودعت الهيئة جميع المشغلين الدوليين والمنظمات إلى الامتثال الكامل للقرار لضمان تنظيم حركة الملاحة الجوية.

يأتي هذا الإجراء وسط تمسك الحكومة المعترف بها دولياً بـ”حقها الحصري” في إدارة الأجواء والمطارات والمنافذ السيادية.
