ياسر الهضيبي: إلغاء شرط السنة خطوة نحو إنصاف المصابين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أكد النائب ياسر الهضيبي أن إلغاء شرط مرور عام على تحول العجز الجزئي إلى كلي يعد خطوة هامة لإنصاف المصابين.
طالب وكيل لجنة حقوق الإنسان بوضع إطار زمني ملزم للبت في طلبات المستحقين وتحديد موعد واضح لصرف التعويضات.
شدد الهضيبي على ضرورة توفير ضمانات إجرائية تضمن حصول أسر الشهداء والمصابين على حقوقهم في الوقت المناسب دون معوقات.

قال النائب ياسر الهضيبي، وكيل لجنة حقوق الإنسان بمجلس النواب، إن الدوله لطالما تختضن أبناء الشهداء وأسرهم وتوفر لهم أوجه الرعاية والدعم..
