«يوم للمواطن».. مبادرة جديدة للتأمين الصحي الشامل تبدأ من بورسعيد

  • أطلقت الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية مبادرة يوم للمواطن لبدء التواصل المباشر مع المستفيدين من منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل.
  • بدأت المبادرة من محافظة بورسعيد لجمع آراء ومطالب المواطنين والنواب بهدف تطوير الخدمات الصحية وتحسين تجربة المنتفعين.
  • تتضمن المبادرة وضع خطة تنفيذية للتعامل مع المقترحات ومتابعة النتائج شهريا ونشر تقارير أسبوعية عن أنشطة الهيئة.
  • شملت الفعالية عرض مؤشرات أداء فرع بورسعيد الذي قدم أكثر من 40 مليون خدمة صحية حتى سبتمبر 2026.

أطلق الدكتور أحمد السبكي، رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية والمشرف العام على مشروع التأمين الصحي الشامل، مبادرة «يوم للمواطن» من محافظة بورسعيد، أولى محافظات تطبيق منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل، وذلك في إطار توجه الهيئة لتعزيز التواصل المباشر مع المواطنين، والاستماع إلى آرائهم ومطالبهم ومقترحاتهم بشأن مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة وسبل تطويرها. واستهلت الفعالية.
