“يو سي آي سي” تجدد تسهيلات بنكية بـ57.33 مليون دولار مع “بي إس إف”

وقعت الشركة المتحدة لصناعات الكرتون (UCIC) بتاريخ 3 سبتمبر 2026 اتفاقية تجديد وتعديل تسهيلات بنكية متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية مع البنك السعودي الفرنسي (BSF)، بقيمة 57.33 مليون دولار (215 مليون ريال).

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن مدة التمويل تمتد حتى 30 يونيو 2027، ويهدف إلى تمويل متطلبات رأس المال العامل، بما في ذلك التورق وإصدار الاعتمادات المستندية والمستندات الواردة برسم التحصيل.

وقدمت الشركة سنداً لأمر بقيمة 57.33 مليون دولار (215 مليون ريال) لصالح البنك كضمان للتسهيلات.

وأشارت الشركة إلى أن الاتفاقية تأتي كتجديد وتعديل للتسهيلات البنكية المبرمة بموجب الاتفاقية الأساسية المؤرخة في 29 أبريل 2025، ووثائق التجديد والتعديل المؤرخة في 7 يونيو 2026.

وأضافت أنها تسلمت الوثائق النهائية الموقعة بعد انتهاء ساعات العمل يوم 3 سبتمبر 2026، وبعد استكمال المراجعة اللازمة في يوم العمل التالي الموافق 6 سبتمبر 2026، تم الإفصاح عن الاتفاقية.
