1.078 مليار ريال دعمًا سكنيًا من الصندوق العقاري لمستفيدي مايو

أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية عن إيداع مليار و78 مليون ريال في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني لشهر مايو 2026، بالتعاون مع وزارة البلديات والإسكان، وذلك ضمن الجهود المستمرة لدعم تمويلات برامج الإسكان في المملكة.

وأوضح الصندوق أن هذا الدعم خُصص لتغطية أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة، بهدف تمكين المستفيدين من تملّك السكن المناسب وتعزيز قدرتهم الشرائية، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030.

وبيّن أن إجمالي ما تم إيداعه منذ بداية عام 2026 وحتى نهاية مايو بلغ نحو 5.4 مليار ريال، ما يعكس استمرار الدعم الحكومي الموجه لتعزيز الاستقرار السكني للأسر السعودية.

خدمات رقمية لتعزيز التمكين السكني

ويقدم الصندوق العقاري خدماته عبر البوابة الإلكترونية، إضافة إلى خدمة “المستشار العقاري” التي تساعد المستفيدين في اختيار أفضل المسارات التمويلية والسكنية وفق احتياجاتهم وخياراتهم المناسبة.

دور ريادي في دعم التملك السكني

وأشار الصندوق إلى أنه مكّن منذ تأسيسه أكثر من 1.8 مليون مستفيد من الحصول على مسكنهم الأول، وساهم في رفع نسبة التملك إلى 66.24%، مواصلًا جهوده لتطوير حلول تمويلية مبتكرة بالشراكة مع الجهات التمويلية والمطورين العقاريين.

ويؤكد الصندوق استمراره في دعم رحلة التملك السكني للأسر، وتوسيع الخيارات التمويلية بما يعزز جودة الحياة ويواكب تطلعات برنامج الإسكان.
