100 ألف دولار حدا أدنى للتحويل البنكي.. تفاصيل آلية حجز الأراضي الاستثمارية الجديدة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • تستحدث وزارة الإسكان آلية التخصيص بأسبقية الحجز للأراضي الاستثمارية عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للاستثمار الأجنبي بدءا من نوفمبر الجاري.
  • تتطلب الآلية الجديدة من الشركات المصرية والأجنبية سداد كامل قيمة الأرض بالدولار الأمريكي المحول من الخارج.
  • يجب على الشركات إجراء تحويل بنكي بحد أدنى 100 ألف دولار أمريكي وسداد 5500 دولار كرسوم إضافية.
  • يتم حجز الأرض إلكترونيا فور إتمام التحويل البنكي، مع مصادرة مبلغ 100 ألف دولار في حال عدم الالتزام بالسداد الكامل خلال شهر.

أعلنت المهندسة راندة المنشاوي، وزيرة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، عن استحداث آلية جديدة تحت مسمى «التخصيص بأسبقية الحجز»، اعتبارًا من طرح شهر نوفمبر الجاري، عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للاستثمار الأجنبي التابعة لهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، بما يتيح للشركات المصرية والأجنبية المؤهلة حجز الأراضي الاستثمارية، مقابل الالتزام بسداد كامل قيمة الأرض بالدولار الأمريكي المحول من الخارج. وأكدت.
