(100) مليون دولار من «البنك الإفريقي للتنمية» لتمويل مشروعات في السودان

الخرطوم 15 سبتمبر 2026- أجرت وزارة المالية السودانية مباحثات مع البنك الإفريقي للتنمية تناولت الترتيبات المالية لبدء تنفيذ عدد من المشروعات التنموية، حيث خصص البنك نحو 100 مليون دولار لتمويل مشروعات في قطاعات الصحة والمياه والتعليم والزراعة. وقالت وزارة المالية السودانية في بيان صحفي، الثلاثاء، إن وزير الدولة بالمالية، محمد نور عبد الدائم، عقد اجتماعاً مع مدير مكتب البنك الإفريقي للتنمية في السودان، ديفيد موتوستي، وفريق عمله، بحضور مدير مؤسسات التمويل الدولية بالوزارة، وصال عوض. وخصص الاجتماع لبحث سبل إعادة الدعم المالي الدولي للسودان، ومتابعة المنح ومشروعات الإعمار، إلى جانب دعم إصلاح آليات إدارة المال العام. وأكد وزير الدولة أهمية طرح خطة مشروعات الكهرباء والطاقة، التي تتجاوز قيمتها 500 مليون دولار، باعتبارها أساساً للتعامل مع الشركاء الدوليين، مشيراً إلى أهمية إعداد مشروعات مكتملة الجوانب الفنية والاقتصادية. كما تناول الاجتماع المنحة المقدمة من الاتحاد الإفريقي للمحاسبين، والهادفة إلى تطوير إدارة المال العام وتنظيم الحسابات الحكومية وتدريب الكوادر على المعايير المحاسبية الدولية للقطاع العام، مع التأكيد على مواصلة التنسيق لتبسيط وتسريع الإجراءات. وبحسب ما نوقش خلال الاجتماع، “خصص البنك نحو 100 مليون دولار، إلى جانب تمويلات لخدمات المواطنين تشمل قطاع الصحة بقيمة 19 مليون وحدة حسابية، والمياه بـ19 مليون وحدة حسابية، والتعليم بـ6 ملايين وحدة حسابية، وقطاعات أخرى بـ29 مليون وحدة حسابية، …
