101 مزاد عقاري لبيع أصول متنوعة في مختلف مناطق المملكة

أعلن مركز الإسناد والتصفية إنفاذ عن إشرافه على تنظيم 101 مزاد عقاري خلال الفترة من 1 إلى 15 يونيو 2026، بهدف بيع 1131 أصلًا عقاريًا متنوعًا بين السكني والتجاري والزراعي والصناعي، وذلك في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

وتأتي هذه المزادات ضمن جهود المركز في تعزيز كفاءة السوق العقاري، ورفع مستوى الشفافية، وتمكين تصفية الأصول العقارية عبر آليات نظامية منظمة.

توزيع المزادات حسب المناطق

تصدرت منطقة الرياض قائمة المناطق من حيث عدد المزادات بإجمالي 31 مزادًا، شملت 326 أصلًا عقاريًا.

وجاءت منطقة مكة المكرمة في المرتبة الثانية بـ25 مزادًا لبيع 297 أصلًا، تلتها المنطقة الشرقية بـ12 مزادًا تضمنت 139 أصلًا.

كما شهدت منطقة القصيم 6 مزادات شملت 108 أصول، في حين أقيمت 6 مزادات في منطقة عسير لبيع 69 أصلًا، و6 مزادات في جازان لبيع 53 أصلًا.

مزادات في باقي المناطق

شهدت المدينة المنورة إقامة مزادين لبيع 39 أصلًا عقاريًا، فيما أقيمت 4 مزادات في تبوك تضمنت 32 أصلًا.

كما نُظمت مزادات في الجوف 2 مزاد لبيع 20 أصلًا، وحائل 2 مزاد لبيع 14 أصلًا، إضافة إلى مزاد واحد في نجران شمل 16 أصلًا، و3 مزادات في الباحة لبيع 12 أصلًا، ومزاد واحد في الحدود الشمالية لبيع 6 أصول عقارية.
