20.2 مليون مكالمة في مكة والمشاعر خلال يوم عرفة

كشفت هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية السعودية، عن مؤشرات أداء شبكات الاتصالات في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة خلال اليوم التاسع من ذي الحجة 1447هـ.

وأعلنت الهيئة تسجيل مستويات قياسية لاستهلاك الإنترنت  في مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة، حيث بلغ متوسط الاستهلاك اليومي للفرد مستويات تصل إلى 1347 ميجابايت، متجاوزا ضعفي متوسط الاستهلاك العالمي للفرد، خلال اليوم التاسع من ذي الحجة “يوم عرفة”.

وأوضحت أن إجمالي عدد المكالمات المسجلة بلغ 20.2 مليون مكالمة، شملت 17.6 مليون مكالمة محلية، إلى جانب 2.6 مليون مكالمة دولية، في مؤشر يعكس كفاءة البنية التحتية الرقمية واستمرارية الخدمات في المواقع ذات الكثافة العالية. 

وعن خدمات الإنترنت المتنقل، أظهرت الإحصاءات أن متوسط سرعة الإنترنت بلغ 375 ميجابت في الثانية، فيما وصل معدل استهلاك الفرد اليومي للبيانات إلى 1347 ميجابايت، متجاوزًا أكثر من ضعفي متوسط الاستهلاك العالمي للفرد.
