200 ألف وحدة تختبر انتقال السوق العقارى من التملك إلى الإيجار

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

توجيه الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي بإنشاء 200 ألف وحدة سكنية بنظام الإيجار بالتعاون بين الحكومة وصندوق تحيا مصر.
يهدف التوسع في الإيجار لتخفيف الضغط عن منظومة التملك وتوفير بدائل للأسر التي لا تستطيع تحمل تكاليف الشراء.
يساهم نظام الإيجار المنتهي بالتمليك في توفير مسارات تدريجية للأسر وتوسيع نطاق الحلول السكنية المتاحة.
يساهم إشراك المطورين في توفير وحدات للإيجار في تعزيز دور القطاع الخاص لمواجهة أزمة السكن وتلبية احتياجات الفئات الأكثر احتياجاً.
