يواجه جادي آيزنكوت أربعة سيناريوهات لتشكيل حكومة طوارئ وطنية في إسرائيل بعد فشل أي معسكر في الحصول على الأغلبية.
تتضمن السيناريوهات تشكيل حكومة أقلية بدعم الأحزاب العربية، أو استقطاب نواب حريديين، أو تحالف مزدوج، أو حكومة وحدة وطنية.
حصل آيزنكوت على توصيات من 67 نائباً مما يعزز فرصه في التكليف بتشكيل الحكومة خلال مهلة محددة.
تستند خطة آيزنكوت لحكومته على أربعة مبادئ أساسية تشمل الاعتراف بالدولة اليهودية، والالتزام بقيم الاستقلال، وفرض الخدمة العسكرية، والاعتراف بحماس كمنظمة إرهابية.
