(4) مذكرات تفاهم لإعادة الإعمار في السودان بشراكة ماليزية وإسبانية

الخرطوم 14 سبتمبر 2026- وقّعت وزارة البنى التحتية والنقل، الاثنين بالخرطوم، أربع مذكرات تفاهم مع شركة الوفاء للتنمية الماليزية وشركة ESESE الإسبانية، لتنفيذ عدد من المشروعات في مجالات المياه والنقل والطاقة، ضمن جهود الحكومة لدعم إعادة الإعمار وتطوير البنية التحتية والخدمات. وتأتي المشروعات في ظل دمار ،واسع طال البنية التحتية الحيوية في السودان جراء الحرب المستمرة منذ أبريل 2023، والتي أثرت بصورة كبيرة على قطاعات المياه والطاقة والنقل، وفرضت تحديات إضافية أمام جهود استعادة الخدمات الأساسية وإعادة تأهيل المرافق. وقالت وزارة البنى التحتية والنقل، في بيان صحفي، إن مذكرات التفاهم شملت مشروع مياه مدينة الأبيض، ومشروع مياه ولاية البحر الأحمر، وتمويل السفن، ومشروع الطاقة الشمسية. ووُقّعَت المذكرات عن حكومة السودان بوساطة وزير البنى التحتية والنقل، سيف النصر التجاني هارون، فيما وقّع عن الجانب الماليزي ون أزهر. وأكد وزير البنى التحتية والنقل أن توقيع المذكرات يأتي في إطار تنفيذ تعهدات «حكومة الأمل» المتعلقة بمشروعات التنمية وتوفير الخدمات للمواطنين، مشيرًا إلى أن إجراءات تنفيذ المشروعات ستبدأ خلال شهر عقب طرح العطاءات. وثمّن الوزير دور بنك السودان المركزي وبنك النيلين في توفير التمويل والضمانات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروعات. من جانبه، وصف والي ولاية البحر الأحمر، الفريق مصطفى محمد نور، مشروع مياه الولاية بأنه «حلم ظل ينتظره أهل البحر الأحمر»، مؤكدًا متابعة حكومة الولاية لتنفيذ …
