400 ألف شقة جديدة بالإيجار من الدولة.. تفاصيل الطرح المرتقب

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أعلن رئيس مجلس الوزراء عن خطة لإنشاء وإتاحة نحو 400 ألف وحدة سكنية بنظام الإيجار خلال الفترة المقبلة.
  • يهدف البرنامج إلى توفير بدائل سكنية مرنة للأسر المصرية وغير القادرين على التملك أو الالتزام بأقساط طويلة الأجل.
  • تتضمن الخطة تعاوناً بين الحكومة وصندوق تحيا مصر لإنشاء 200 ألف وحدة سكنية بغرض الإيجار.
  • يشترط في محور الإيجار أن يكون محل عمل المتقدم أو الزوج داخل نطاق المدينة أو المحافظة المتقدم عليها.
