48 ساعة وينتهي التقديم في 15 ألف شقق إيجار تمليكي

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • ينتهي يوم الأربعاء 28 أكتوبر 2026 فترة التقديم على 15 ألف وحدة سكنية بنظام الإيجار للمواطنين منخفضي الدخل.
  • تتوزع الوحدات السكنية بين المحافظات والمدن الجديدة ضمن مبادرة سكن لكل المصريين وتتراوح مساحاتها بين 75 و100 متر مربع.
  • يقدم صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي دعمًا للإيجار يصل إلى 100 ألف جنيه كحد أقصى وفقًا لمستوى دخل المستفيد ومساحة الوحدة.
  • يشترط في المتقدمين ألا يقل السن عن 21 عامًا وألا يزيد على 35 عامًا مع تحديد سقف لدخل الأسرة الشهري.

ينتهى بعد غدا الأربعاء 28 أكتوبر 2026، فترة التقديم على شقق الإيجار للمواطنين منخفضي الدخل، بالمحافظات والمدن الجديدة.
