5 شروط بالقانون منح التزامات المرافق العامة للمستثمرين لتشغيل المراسى على النيل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يحدد القانون رقم 167 لسنة 2022 شروط منح التزامات المرافق العامة للمستثمرين المصريين والأجانب لتشغيل المراسي والموانئ على نهر النيل.
يشترط القانون التزام المستثمرين بصيانة المرافق، والتقيد بالقوانين المنظمة، وعدم التنازل عن الالتزام للغير دون إذن مجلس الوزراء.
تؤول جميع المنشآت إلى الدولة في نهاية مدة الالتزام دون مقابل وبحالة جيدة.
تهدف الهيئة من هذه الإجراءات إلى تنمية الاقتصاد القومي عبر رفع كفاءة مرفق النقل المائي بالمياه الداخلية.

وضع القانون رقم 167 لسنة 2022، لمجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للنقل النهري، شروط لمنح التزامات المرافق العامة للمستثمرين المصريين والأجانب لإنشاء أو إدارة أو تشغيل أو صيانة الموانئ والأرصفة والمراسي على نهر النيل وقنواته الملاحية بعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء.
