5 نوفمبر.. “أوراسكوم كونستراكشون” تناقش زيادة رأسمالها إلى 207.4 مليون دولار

ستناقش أوراسكوم كونستراكشون زيادة رأس مالها إلى 207.44 مليون دولار عبر التمرير على مجلس إدارة الشركة في 5 نوفمبر.
تتم الزيادة من خلال إصدار 97.2 مليون سهم جديد وتخصيصها بالكامل لصالح شركة OCI N.V.
تتوقع الشركة إتمام الاندماج نهائياً مع شركة OCI في ديسمبر 2026 بعد استيفاء الشروط اللازمة.
حققت الشركة نمواً في أرباحها بنسبة 83% خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري لتصل إلى 127.8 مليون دولار.

كشفت شركة أوراسكوم كونستراكشون بي إل سي عن استكمالاً للقرارات الصادرة عن الجمعية العمومية، سيتم إصدار القرارات من خلال التمرير على مجلس إدارة الشركة يوم الخميس 5 نوفمبر.
