8 نوفمبر، نظر استئناف عصابة سرقة ذهب تاجر بمصر الجديدة على حكم حبسهما عامين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

حددت المحكمة يوم 8 نوفمبر لنظر استئناف حكم حبس عاطل وخادمة لمدة سنتين بتهمة سرقة مشغولات ذهبية وهواتف وكروت بنكية بمصر الجديدة.
استغلت الخادمة عملها داخل مسكن التاجر للاطلاع على محتوياته والاستيلاء على ممتلكاته أثناء سفره بالاشتراك مع المتهم الأول.
أقرت المتهمتان بارتكاب الجريمة وأرشدا عن المسروقات التي استعادتها الأجهزة الأمنية وسلمتها لمالك الشقة.

تقدم عاطل وخادمة متهمين بسرقة مشغولات ذهبية وهاتفين محمولين وكروت بنكية من داخل شقة سكنية بمنطقة مصر الجديدة باستئناف على الحكم الصادر بمعاقبتهما بالحبس سنتين مع النفاذ، وحددت 8 نوفمبر المقبل لنظر أولى جلساته. وجاء في حيثيات الحكم: إن واقعة الدعوى حسبما استقرت في يقين المحكمة واطمأن إليها وجدانها،
