وأشارت إلى أن استراتيجية إدارة الدين متوسطة الأجل تستهدف إطالة آجال الاستحقاق وتنويع الأدوات وقاعدة المستثمرين لتقليص مخاطر إعادة التمويل، وتابعت: “استمرار تحقيق الفوائض الأولية الكبيرة بالموازنة يساعد في وضع نسبة الدين وأعباء خدمته في مسار هبوطي مستدام”.
