بريطانيا:تراجع الرضا الوظيفي إلى أدنى مستوى منذ 1989 وسط تزايد الاستياء من الأجور ومرونة العمل

وصلت مستويات الرضا الوظيفي في بريطانيا إلى أدنى مستوياتها منذ عام 1989.
أدى نقص خيارات العمل المرن وتراجع الأجور إلى تزايد استياء الموظفين من أصحاب العمل.
انخفضت نسبة العاملين المستعدين لبذل جهود إضافية لصالح شركاتهم من 69% في عام 2015 إلى 55% في عام 2025.
أثرت الزيادات المحدودة في الأجور وارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة سلباً على نظرة الموظفين لبيئة عملهم.

أظهرت دراسة حديثة أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بين العاملين في المملكة المتحدة تراجع إلى أدنى مستوى له على الإطلاق، في ظل تزايد استياء الموظفين من أصحاب العمل بسبب الأجور وضعف فرص العمل المرن.
