قانون الرى يواجه التعدى على مجارى السيول.. حبس وغرامة 50 ألف جنيه للمخالفين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يفرض قانون الموارد المائية والري عقوبات مشددة على المخالفين الذين يقومون بإقامة منشآت أو تنفيذ أعمال لحجز مياه السيول أو تغيير مساراتها دون ترخيص.
  • تصل عقوبة المخالفة إلى الحبس لمدة سنة وغرامة مالية تصل إلى 50 ألف جنيه.
  • تضاعف العقوبة في حال تكرار المخالفة لضمان حماية المسارات الطبيعية لمياه الأمطار والسيول.
  • تضمنت اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون الإجراءات والمستندات اللازمة لاستخراج تراخيص الأنشطة داخل نطاق الأملاك العامة.

فى إطار حماية الموارد المائية والحفاظ على المسارات الطبيعية لمياه الأمطار والسيول، وضع قانون الموارد المائية والري ضوابط صارمة لإقامة المنشآت أو تنفيذ الأعمال التي تستهدف حجز مياه السيول.
