ارتفاع موافقات قروض التمويل العقاري في بريطانيا لأعلى مستوى منذ 15 شهراً

ارتفع عدد طلبات الحصول على قروض تمويل عقاري التي تمت الموافقة عليها في بريطانيا خلال أبريل الماضي إلى أعلى مستوى له منذ 15 شهراً.

وذكر بنك إنجلترا المركزي أن إجمالي عدد قروض التمويل العقاري التي تمت الموافقة عليها ارتفع خلال أبريل إلى 65.9 ألف طلب مقابل 63.9 ألف طلب في مارس السابق عليه، وهو أعلى مستوى له منذ يناير 2025، في حين كان المحللون يتوقعون وصول عدد الطلبات التي تمت الموافقة عليها إلى 62 ألف طلب.

في الوقت نفسه، ارتفع معدل الفائدة “الفعال”، وهو الفائدة الفعلية المدفوعة على القروض العقارية الجديدة إلى 4.08% خلال أبريل، مقابل 4.03% خلال مارس، وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية “د ب أ”.

واستقرت قيمة القروض الاستهلاكية للأفراد خلال أبريل عند مستوى 1.9 مليار جنيه إسترليني وهي نفس القيمة في مارس الماضي، وتباطأ معدل النمو السنوي لإجمالي القروض الاستهلاكية خلال أبريل إلى 8.8%.

كما ارتفع صافي الاقتراض عبر بطاقات الائتمان إلى 800 مليون جنيه إسترليني مقابل 700 مليون جنيه إسترليني، بينما انخفض الاقتراض عبر أشكال الائتمان الاستهلاكي الأخرى إلى مليار جنيه إسترليني مقابل 1.2 مليار جنيه إسترليني في مارس.

وزاد صافي قروض الشركات البريطانية خلال أبريل الماضي إلى 5.5 مليار جنيه إسترليني، مقابل 3.7 مليار جنيه إسترليني خلال الشهر السابق.
