حكم جديد بالمؤبد مع السجن 30 سنة في حق زعيم حركة النهضة التونسية راشد الغنوشي

أصدرت الدائرة المختصة في قضايا الإرهاب بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس، مساء اليوم الثلاثاء، أحكامها في قضية ما يعرف بـ »الجهاز السري » لحركة النهضة ومنها حكم بالسجن مدى الحياة مع السجن 30 سنة في حق زعيم الحركة راشد الغنوشي.

ونقلت وكالة تونس إفريقيا للأنباء عن مصدر قضائي أن المحكمة أصدرت أحكاما تراوحت بين السجن مدى الحياة والسجن لمدة 10 سنوات في حق 35 متهما من بينهم على الخصوص رئيس حركة النهضة راشد الغنوشي ونائبه علي العريض (حكم بالسجن 42 سنة) إضافة إلى عدد من الإطارات الأمنية السابقة.

وانطلقت القضية في مطلع سنة 2022 إثر شكوى قدمتها النيابة العمومية وفريق الدفاع عن السياسيين شكري بلعيد ومحمد البراهمي، اللذين اغتيلا تباعا في فبراير ويوليوز سنة 2013.

ومنذ اعتقاله سنة 2023، صدرت في حق راشد الغنوشي رئيس البرلمان الذي أعلن الرئيس قيس سعيد عن حله رسميا في 30 مارس 2022، أحكام بالسجن لعشرات السنين في العديد من القضايا والملفات (تتعلق في مجملها بتهم التآمر على أمن الدولة أو متابعات على خلفية تصريحات أدلى بها…).

وكانت حركة النهضة قد أعلنت في نهاية أبريل الماضي على صفحتها الرسمية على « فايسبوك »، أن إدارة السجن « اضطرت » لنقل الغنوشي (84 سنة) إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج والخضوع لمراقبة طبية لمدة أيام، وذلك بعد تدهور « حاد » في وضعه الصحي.
