بنك الجزيرة يعتزم استرداد صكوك بقيمة 500 مليون دولار

أعلن بنك الجزيرة اليوم الاثنين، عن عزمه استرداد صكوك الشريحة الأولى بقيمة 500 مليون دولار، بالكامل، بقيمتها الاسمية (100% من سعر الإصدار) وذلك بتاريخ 29 يونيو 2026.

وأضاف البنك في بيان على “تداول السعودية”، أنه تم إصدار الصكوك في 29 يونيو 2021 بقيمة إجمالية قدرها 500 مليون دولار، ووفقاً لشروط وأحكام الصكوك، يمكن لبنك الجزيرة أن يطلب من شركة بنك الجزيرة لصكوك الشريحة الأولى المحدودة بصفتها المصدر أن يسترد الصكوك في تاريخ 29 يونيو 2026.

وحصل البنك على موافقة الجهات التنظيمية بهذا الشأن.

وسيتم دفع مبلغ الاسترداد مع أي توزيع دوري مستحق، ولكن غير مدفوع من قٍبل أو نيابة عن شركة بنك الجزيرة لصكوك الشريحة الأولى المحدودة في 29 يونيو 2026 لحاملي الصكوك المعنيين وفقاً للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالصكوك.

وقال البنك إن العدد الإجمالي للصكوك 2500 صك على أساس الحد الأدنى للقيمة والحجم الإجمالي، فيما تبلغ القيمة الاسمية للصك عند الاسترداد 200 ألف دولار.
