موافقة على زيادة رأس مال “التعاونية للتأمين” بنسبة 50% بأسهم منحة

وافقت هيئة السوق المالية السعودية على طلب الشركة التعاونية للتأمين زيادة رأس مالها بنسبة 50% ليرتفع من 1.5 مليار ريال إلى 2.25 مليار ريال عبر أسهم منحة.

وذكرت الهيئة في بيان على موقعها اليوم الثلاثاء أن زيادة رأس مال الشركة ستتم من خلال منح سهم مجاني مقابل كل سهمين قائمين يملكهما المساهمون المقيدون في سجل مساهمي المصدر لدى مركز الإيداع في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق الذي سوف يحدد مجلس إدارة الشركة تاريخه في وقت لاحق.

وسوف تسدد الشركة قيمة الزيادة في رأس المال عن طريق تحويل مبلغ 750 مليون ريال من بند “الأرباح المبقاة”، وبالتالي يزداد عدد الأسهم من 150 مليون سهم إلى 225 مليون سهم، وبزيادة قدرها 75 مليون سهم. على أن لا يتجاوز تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العامة غير العادية ستة أشهر من تاريخ هذه الموافقة وعلى أن تستكمل الشركة الإجراءات والمتطلبات النظامية ذات العلاقة.
