المعلومات الجنائية: تسهيل إجراءات شهادة حسن السيرة للطلبة الخريجين

في إطار الجهود المتواصلة لتعزيز مسيرة التحوّل الرقمي والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المُقدّمة للجمهور، أعلنت إدارة المعلومات الجنائية بالإدارة العامة للمباحث والأدلة الجنائية عن تسهيل إجراءات حصول الطلبة الخريجين على شهادة حُسن السيرة.

وفي هذا السياق، أوضح مدير إدارة المعلومات الجنائية أنّ الطلبة الخريجين يمكنهم التقدم بطلب الحصول على شهادة حُسن السيرة عبر بوابة الحكومة الإلكترونية bahrain.bh حيث يتم توجيههم إلى المراكز الأمنية لأخذ البصمة.

وأضاف مدير الإدارة إلى أنه تم تخصيص مكتب خاص للحصول على الشهادة وذلك في حالة تقديم الطلب بالحضور الشخصي إلى مركز خدمة العملاء بالمحافظة الجنوبية، الكائن بمبنى الإدارة العامة للمرور، وذلك لإنجاز العمل بيسر وسرعة.

وللاستفسار ومتابعة حالة الطلبات، يمكن التواصل مع مركز خدمة العملاء عن بُعد على الرقم: 17872373، كما يمكن تقديم المقترحات والشكاوى عبر النظام الوطني تواصل.
