تأييد حكم حبس «كروان مشاكل» سنتين في قضية نشر فيديو خادش للحياء

قضت المحكمة الاقتصادية المختصة، اليوم السبت، بقبول المعارضة شكلًا وفي الموضوع بتأييد الحكم المعارض عليه بمعاقبة المتهم كروان مشاكل بالحبس مع الشغل سنتين مع الشغل وكفالة 50 ألف جنيه وتغريمه مبلغ 200 ألف جنيه، على خلفية اتهامه ببث فيديو خادش للحياء والاعتداء على القيم الأسرية. وكانت المحكمة الاقتصادية بالإسكندرية، قد قضت بمعاقبة المتهم كروان مشاكل.
