“المطاحن العربية” تسدد دفعة طوعية بـ 50 مليون ريال من اتفاقية مرابحة مع “السعودي الأول”

“المطاحن العربية” تسدد دفعة طوعية بـ 50 مليون ريال من اتفاقية مرابحة مع “السعودي الأول”

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة المطاحن العربية للمنتجات الغذائية “المطاحن العربية” على سداد دفعة طوعية مقدمة قدرها 50 مليون ريال من اتفاقية المرابحة القائمة مع البنك السعودي الأول.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن هذا السداد يسهم في تخفيض تكاليف التمويل مما سينعكس إيجاباً على النتائج المالية للشركة، موضحة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لتعزيز مركزها المالي واستدامة أدائها.

وارتفع صافي ربح “المطاحن العربية” بنسبة 32.76% في الربع الأول من العام الحالي وبلغ 84.88 مليون ريال مقارنة بـ 63.94 مليون ريال في الربع المماثل من العام الماضي.

ووافقت الجمعية العامة للشركة في اجتماعها يوم 19 مايو الماضي على توصية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية بقيمة 51.31 مليون ريال عن عام 2025.
