منظمة دول إفريقيا والكاريبي والمحيط الهادئ تعفي السودان من ديون بقيمة مليون دولار

بروكسل، 17 يوليو 2026 – أعفت منظمة دول إفريقيا والكاريبي والمحيط الهادئ (OACPS) السودان من كامل مديونيته المستحقة للمنظمة والبالغة مليون دولار، وذلك خلال اجتماعات المجلس الوزاري رقم (121) التي اختتمت أعمالها، الخميس، في العاصمة البلجيكية بروكسل. ويأتي قرار إعفاء السودان من مديونيته في وقت يواجه فيه الاقتصاد السوداني تحديات كبيرة نتيجة الحرب، التي أدت إلى تراجع الإيرادات العامة وتعطل قطاعات الإنتاج والبنية التحتية، وسط مساعٍ حكومية لتخفيف أعباء الديون واستقطاب مزيد من الدعم الدولي وقال بيان لوزارة المالية، الخميس ان اجتماعات المنظمة التي انعقدت خلال الفترة من 15 إلى 16 يوليو 2026، بمشاركة وزراء وممثلين عن الدول الأعضاء في المنظمة بينهم وزير المالية جبريل إبراهيم اختتمت أعمالها اليوم  كما شهدت الاجتماعات مناقشات موسعة حول عدد من القضايا الاستراتيجية، في مقدمتها الإصلاح المؤسسي والإداري للمنظمة، واستعراض السياسات والبرامج الهادفة إلى دعم التحول الاقتصادي وتعزيز المرونة الاقتصادية للدول الأعضاء. و بحث المشاركون سبل تسريع إجراءات المصادقة على اتفاقية شراكة ساموا مع الاتحاد الأوروبي، مؤكدين أهمية استكمال إجراءات دخول الاتفاقية حيز التنفيذ للاستفادة من الفرص التي تتيحها الشراكة. وفيما يتعلق بالسودان، اعتمد المجلس الوزاري قراراً يقضي بإعفاء البلاد من كامل مديونيتها تجاه المنظمة، والبالغة مليون دولار، مراعاةً للظروف الاستثنائية التي يواجهها الاقتصاد السوداني منذ اندلاع الحرب. وأعرب وزير المالية عن شكر وتقدير …
