النيابة العامة وصندوق الإيداع والتدبير يطلقان آلية رقمية لتتبع العمليات المالية للموثقين

في خطوة جديدة لتعزيز التحول الرقمي وتطوير آليات التنسيق المؤسساتي، وقعت رئاسة النيابة العامة وصندوق الإيداع والتدبير، اليوم الجمعة 17 يوليوز 2026 بالرباط، بروتوكول اتفاق للتعاون والشراكة يهدف إلى إرساء آلية رقمية لتتبع إشعارات عمليات الموثقين، وذلك في إطار تنزيل مقتضيات المادة 33 من المرسوم التطبيقي للقانون رقم 32.09 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة التوثيق.

وجرى توقيع البروتوكول بمقر رئاسة النيابة العامة، تحت إشراف الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة النقض رئيس النيابة العامة، هشام البلاوي، والمدير العام لصندوق الإيداع والتدبير، خالد سفير، حيث يهدف الاتفاق إلى إرساء إطار مرجعي للتعاون والتنسيق بين المؤسستين، بما يواكب ورش رقمنة الخدمات وتحديث الإدارة.

وينص البروتوكول على تنظيم تبادل المعطيات الرقمية والإشعارات الصادرة عن صندوق الإيداع والتدبير، ولا سيما تلك المتعلقة بحالات عدم المطابقة التي يتم رصدها في إطار عمليات السحب المنجزة من طرف الموثقين، وفق المقتضيات القانونية والتنظيمية الجاري بها العمل.

ويأتي هذا الاتفاق لتوظيف الوسائل الرقمية الحديثة في تسهيل تبادل المعطيات بين المؤسستين، والرفع من نجاعة الأداء، وتعزيز سرعة معالجة الإشعارات، بما يضمن فعالية أكبر في التنسيق والتعاون في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، ويواكب جهود تحديث الإدارة وترسيخ التحول الرقمي في المرفق القضائي.
