أرباح “أدير العقارية” تنمو 3.4% في النصف الأول إلى 18.8 مليون دولار

ارتفع صافي ربح شركة أدير العقارية “أدير” بنسبة 3.4% خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي، ليبلغ 18.8 مليون دولار (70.6 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ18.2 مليون دولار (68.3 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام الماضي.

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد بأن إيراداتها تراجعت خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي بنسبة 16.6% إلى 22.4 مليون دولار (84 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ26.9 مليون دولار (100.7 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

وأوضحت الشركة أن انخفاض الإيرادات يعود بشكل رئيسي إلى قيامها بتسويق عدد أكبر من المشاريع العقارية خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025، ما أسهم في تحقيق إيرادات تسويق عقاري أعلى مقارنة بالنصف الأول من العام الحالي.

وأشارت إلى أن ارتفاع صافي الربح رغم تراجع الإيرادات، جاء بدعم من تحقيق أرباح من بيع حصص في بعض الاستثمارات العقارية، بالإضافة إلى انخفاض تكاليف عمولات الوسطاء.

وقرر مجلس إدارة الشركة بتاريخ 6 أغسطس الحالي توزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين عن النصف الأول من عام 2026، بإجمالي 6.7 مليون دولار (25 مليون ريال).

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان منفصل على “تداول السعودية” أن عدد الأسهم المستحقة للأرباح يبلغ 5 ملايين سهم، بواقع 1.33 دولار (5 ريالات) للسهم، بما يعادل 50% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم.

وحددت الشركة يوم الثلاثاء 1 سبتمبر 2026 موعداً لاستحقاق التوزيعات ومن المقرر أن يتم توزيع الأرباح بتاريخ 14 من الشهر ذاته.
