شركة تابعة لـ”بنان العقارية” تشتري أرضاً في الرياض بـ11.58 مليون دولار

أعلنت شركة بنان العقارية أن شركتها التابعة إعمار الوصيل المتميزة أبرمت بتاريخ 9 أغسطس الحالي صفقة شراء أرض خام في حي القيروان بمدينة الرياض، بمساحة 3,512.95 متر مربع، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 11.58 مليون دولار (43.43 مليون ريال)، شاملة ضريبة التصرفات العقارية والسعي.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد أن الصفقة تمت بين شركة إعمار الوصيل المتميزة وورثة عبدالله بن صالح بن إبراهيم المرشدي، وتم تمويلها بالكامل من رأس مال الشركة التابعة.

وتعتزم “بنان العقارية” تطوير الأرض مع وجود ترتيبات بشأن تأجير المشروع، على أن يتم الإفصاح عن التفاصيل ذات الصلة في وقت لاحق.

وتوقعت الشركة أن تسهم الصفقة في تنمية محفظتها العقارية وتعزيز الإيرادات المستقبلية من خلال تطوير المشروع وتأجير مكوناته، بما يدعم التدفقات النقدية والعوائد المستدامة على المدى الطويل.
