فاطمة أبو زيد ومحمد أحمد _ قال المهندس أسامة الشاهد، رئيس شركة الشاهد جروب، رئيس الغرفة التجارية بالجيزة، وعضو مجلس إدارة اتحاد الصناعات المصرية، إن إطلاق منصة إلكترونية متخصصة لتلقي شكاوى المستثمرين يمثل خطوة مهمة لتحسين بيئة الاستثمار، شريطة أن تتضمن آليات واضحة وسريعة للتعامل مع الشكاوى واتخاذ القرارات بشأنها، إلى جانب وضع ضوابط تضمن دقة تقييم المشكلات المرتبطة بالقطاع الصناعي.
