وزارة البلديات والإسكان تجهّز 28 مركزًا بلديًا في المشاعر لخدمة الحجاج

جهّزت وزارة البلديات والإسكان ممثلةً بأمانة العاصمة المقدسة 28 مركزًا للخدمات البلدية في المشاعر المقدسة خلال موسم حج 1447هـ، لتكون نقاطًا ميدانية أقرب إلى مواقع الكثافة، وأكثر قدرة على متابعة الأعمال التشغيلية، ورفع سرعة الاستجابة في منى ومزدلفة وعرفات.

وتوزعت المراكز على نطاقات المشاعر بواقع (22) مركزًا في مشعر منى، و(3) مراكز في مزدلفة، و(3) مراكز في عرفات، بما يوفّر تغطية ميدانية مباشرة للمواقع الأكثر ارتباطًا بحركة ضيوف الرحمن وإقامتهم وتنقلهم بين المشاعر.

وتعمل المراكز على متابعة الخدمات البلدية على مدار الساعة، من خلال فرق ميدانية تتولى الإشراف على أعمال النظافة والإصحاح البيئي، ومراقبة الأسواق والمباسط، ورصد الملاحظات ومعالجتها، إلى جانب التنسيق المباشر مع الإدارات المختصة والجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان استمرار الخدمة بكفاءة في أوقات الذروة.

ودعمت الأمانة هذه المراكز بالكوادر البشرية والقيادات الميدانية والتجهيزات التشغيلية اللازمة، لتكون امتدادًا عمليًا لخطة الحج، ونقطة ضبط يومية لجودة التنفيذ، وسرعة التعامل مع المتغيرات في الميدان.

وتهدف هذه المراكز لتقريب الخدمة البلدية من الحاج، وتحويل المتابعة الميدانية إلى أثر ملموس في النظافة، والسلامة، وانسيابية التشغيل، بما يسهم في تهيئة بيئة منظمة وآمنة لضيوف الرحمن في المشاعر المقدسة.
