«هيومن رايتس ووتش»: الإمارات تعزز قدرة الدعم السريع على ارتكاب جرائم حرب

بيروت 26 مايو 2026 – نشرت منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش، الثلاثاء، دليلاً إضافياً على تعزيز الإمارات قدرة قوات الدعم السريع على ارتكاب جرائم حرب، يتمثل في مرور مرتزقة كولومبيين عبر قواعد عسكرية في أبو ظبي قبل نشرهم في السودان. وفرضت الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا والأمم المتحدة عقوبات على ضباط كولومبيين لدورهم في تجنيد مرتزقة يعملون جنودَ مشاة ومدفعية وطياري طائرات مسيّرة، إضافة إلى تدريب الأطفال على أساليب حرب العصابات لصالح الدعم السريع. ورغم أن أول دليل علني على وجود كولومبيين يقاتلون مع الدعم السريع ظهر في نوفمبر 2024، فإن هيومن رايتس ووتش تنشر لأول مرة أدلة على مرور هؤلاء المرتزقة عبر قواعد إماراتية قبل الوصول إلى السودان. وقالت هيومن رايتس ووتش، في تقرير عنونته بـ”من بوغوتا إلى الفاشر: دور الإمارات في إرسال مقاتلين كولومبيين وتقديم أشكال أخرى من الدعم للدعم السريع”، إن “متعاقدين عسكريين خاصين كولومبيين وظفتهم شركة إماراتية مرّوا عبر قواعد عسكرية في أبو ظبي قبل نشرهم في السودان”. وأشارت إلى أن “المجموعة العالمية للخدمات الأمنية”، وهي شركة أمنية يقع مقرها في أبو ظبي وتمتلك صلات بالعائلة الحاكمة وكبار المسؤولين الإماراتيين، وظفت متعاقدين كولومبيين أُرسلوا للقتال مع الدعم السريع منذ عام 2024. وأفادت بأن قيام الإمارات بتجنيد وتوريد هؤلاء المتعاقدين، من خلال شركة تعمل وكيلاً لها، يشكل مساعدة أو تحريضاً …
