Ukraine Builds Multi-Layered Defense Around Odesa, Military Says

Ukraine is constructing a large-scale perimeter defense around Odesa, including anti-tank ditches, dugouts, barbed-wire barriers, and “dragon’s teeth,” as part of long-term preparations against possible Russian offensives. Officials on Monday said the multi-layered system will also include mobile fire groups, interceptor crews and volunteer territorial units.
