DNeX launches AI-powered speech-to-text platform

KUALA LUMPUR: Dagang NeXchange Bhd (DNeX) has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) powered speech-to-text and productivity platform aimed at improving workplace collaboration by automating administrative tasks after meetings.

The platform, XWHIZ, is a sovereign AI-powered meeting intelligence platform that converts spoken conversations into structured outputs such as transcripts, concise summaries and customisable minutes of meeting templates.

It also automatically generates decisions and action items, including task assignments, deadline tracking, follow-up requirements, project milestone monitoring and escalation of key issues requiring management attention.

DNeX said XWHIZ features dual-language capabilities, enabling seamless transcription in both Bahasa Malaysia, including local accents, and English.

The transcriptions can also be translated into more than 50 languages, including Mandarin, Spanish, Hindi and Arabic, which are among the world’s most widely spoken languages.

DNeX IT chief executive officer Shiraz Ramli said the launch of the platform represents a strategic milestone for DNeX IT as it evolves from a systems integrator and national digital infrastructure provider into a developer and owner of sovereign digital intellectual property and scalable AI-driven platforms.

She said the new productivity suite functions like an intelligent digital chief of staff by listening, organising and capturing key information that matters most.
