MANILA, Philippines — A day after a heated exchange in the Senate session hall, minority Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson told the majority bloc on Wednesday to “dream on” when majority Sen. Imee Marcos revealed that they will continue pursuing a rule that will allow senators to vote in the chamber online.
