EFSTH Defends Contentious Hospital Consultation Fee From D25 to D100

[The Point] Chief Medical Director of the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital, Dr. Mustapha Bittaye, has defended the newly introduced hospital and medical charges, insisting the changes are necessary to sustain and improve healthcare services across The Gambia as consultation fees have spiked from D25 dalasis to D100 dalasis.
