Like many modern-day Filipinas, G22 are inspired by the it girls of the 2000s. The colorful music video for “Groove On” is proof of it; each member embodied a version of themselves from that era, complete with their signature sultriness and power. “Groove On” is part of the female trio’s “The Dissection of Eve” album, which is composed and written by Jaz, and talks about grooving on and enjoying someone’s company without a care in the world.
