HSBC opens new Premier Centre in Subang Jaya
KUALA LUMPUR: HSBC Malaysia has launched a new Premier Centre in Subang Jaya, marking its third such facility following earlier openings in Petaling Jaya and Puchong earlier this year.
The new centre is designed to offer personalised wealth and banking solutions for HSBC Premier customers, covering wealth accumulation, protection and legacy planning.
It forms part of the bank’s broader premier proposition, which is structured around four key pillars: wealth, health, travel and international services.
HSBC Malaysia chief executive officer Datuk Omar Siddiq said the expansion reflects the bank’s strategy to strengthen its position in Malaysia’s affluent banking segment by focusing on high-growth economic locations with strong demand for international wealth services.
Through its wealth and international banking offerings, customers are able to access a range of investment products, including unit trusts, bonds and sukuk, structured products, and insurance or takaful solutions.
The bank also offers cross-border banking privileges through its global premier network, enabling customers and their families to access services internationally.
In addition to wealth services, the health and travel pillars are designed to extend benefits beyond traditional banking.
The health segment provides premier customers with discounts of up to 30 per cent on preventive healthcare, recovery and wellness services, while the travel segment integrates international banking with premium travel rewards and privileges.
Meanwhile, HSBC Malaysia country head of international wealth and premier banking Linda Yip said customer demand for more tailored banking solutions continues to grow.
“We’re seeing strong demand for more personalised banking services, and this Premier Centre is built to deliver that with the right people, tools and environment to support our clients,” she added.
