Kuala Pilah crash: Car skids, plunges onto house roof in Seri Menanti

KUALA PILAH, May 29 — A car skidded out of control and ended up on the roof of a house in an unusual late-night accident near Seri Menanti.

According to national news agency Bernama, the incident occurred along Jalan Kampung Tanjung Bachang, where the vehicle is believed to have lost control before plunging onto the rooftop of a home situated at the foot of a hill.

Kuala Pilah District Police Chief Supt Muhamad Mustafah Hussin said two passengers sustained minor injuries and were treated at Kuala Pilah Hospital.

The 63-year-old driver and another passenger escaped unhurt, he said.

Police have not indicated further details on what caused the vehicle to lose control.
